Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
Once payment has been made and access to digital materials (courses, trainings, video lessons, etc.) has been received, refunds are not possible. This is due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be returned once access has been provided.

2. Refunds for pre-paid courses
If the course has been paid for, access has been granted, but the training has not yet started, the client has the right to request a refund in the following cases:
- The refund request is submitted within 14 days of payment.
- The request is submitted no later than 30 days before the start of the course.

3. Submitting a refund request

- Date of purchase.

- Reason for return (if applicable).

4. Exceptions
No refunds will be given if the above conditions have been breached or if the course has already started.
